The individual will have a unique opportunity to further develop our proprietary methodology designed to better understand the impact of organizations. The ideal candidate should be passionate in keeping up with trends in the political space, technology, and finance and enjoy learning and experimenting with new processes, techniques, and strategies.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver a product that meets our customers’ needs and passions, consistent with NPC’s brand
* Manage fund development, process, and implementation
* Identify and develop relationships with prominent subject matter experts
* Continually improve and refine upon product processes based on lessons learned and customer feedback
* Coordinate and integrate execution with Operations team
* Oversee the Fund Analyst position
* Build and maintain client relationships

Key skills: Project management, stakeholder engagement, outstanding writing, and client manners.

Requirements:

* At least 3 years experience at a management consulting, finance, or nonprofit firm with at least one year of management experience (graduate degree in relevant field a plus)
* Significant experience in both process and project management
* Knowledgeable and conversant in progressive, political, and nonprofit markets (knowledge of financial markets a plus)
* Proven ability to engage in strategic issues
* Significant interest in political and nonprofit sectors
* Outstanding research, analytical, and quantitative skills
* Ability to use data to drive insights
* Highly detail oriented and organized
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
* Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Good sense of humor
* Committed to the work and philosophy behind NPC
Location: San Francisco, CA
